Phoenix West Valley Market Report By City March 2016

Spring Fever hits in the Valley of the Sun bringing increases in the average Sales prices to ALL West Valley cities. Buckeye had the largest increase in average sales from $187,744 to $204,769. Avondale had an increase in average sales price for the first time in several months, from $188,978 to $193,63, bringing their YTD increase over last year to 11.23%. Lichfield Park also increased avg. sold prices from $289,233 up from $275,554. As well as Peoria, Phoenix, Glendale and Surprise all had slight increases in sales prices over last month. 

Inventory levels held steady with all West Valley cities seeing a slight decrease, continuing in with a “Sellers Market.”  However, Maricopa County overall saw inventory levels increase from 3.55 to 6.14 which is considered a “Buyer’s Market.”
