Greer Ranch is a newer community in Surprise, Arizona.  New home construction began in 2004 and homes are currently still being built.  The homes in this community range from 1,300 sq. feet to over 5,000 sq. feet and they sit on lots that begin at a standard size lot all the way up to ¾ of an acre.  Homes on ¾ acre lots include RV gates and some have detached RV garages or guest houses.  Greer Ranch currently has two parks as well as greenbelts and landscaped walking paths.  The landscaped greenbelts include covered armadas for shade.  Most of the streets throughout the neighborhood are lined with trees.  Greer Ranch is surrounded with mountain views.

Greer Ranch is located in the Dysart School District.  Sonoran Heights Elementary school is located in the center of the community and has been ranked as an Excelling school for the past few years.  Shadow Ridge High School is located 5 miles away and is the newest high school in the Dysart district.  Shadow Ridge is currently ranked as a Highly Performing School.  There are also charter schools nearby.  Rosefield Charter School is located 1 mile away and Paradise Education Center is 5 minutes away.

Just moments away is the Surprise Stadium which holds spring training games for the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals.  A slightly farther drive will bring you to the University of Phoenix Stadium, which is home to the Phoenix Cardinals.
