Copper Canyon Ranch, Surprise AZ

Copper Canyon Ranch also known as Mountain Gate is a newer gated community located in Surprise, Arizona.  Homes in the neighborhood were built between 2003 and 2006.  There are a large variety of home sizes in Copper Canyon Ranch.  Homes range in size from 1,500 sq. feet to over 5,000 sq. feet.  The homes were built on lots ranging from a standard sized to an acre. The homes on acre lots are semi-custom built with circular driveways.  The lots are spacious and allow the convenience of boat, trailer and RV parking.

Within Copper Canyon Ranch are 2 parks and several greenbelt areas with covered ramadas for shaded seating.  There are well lit, landscaped walking paths throughout the community.  Copper Canyon Ranch is surrounded by mountain views.

Copper Canyon Ranch is located in the Dysart School District.  Rancho Gabriela Elementary School is located just west of Copper Canyon Ranch in the Rancho Gabriela community.  The school is focused on academics and has been ranked as an Excelling school for the past few years.  Dysart High School is located just moments away and is currently ranked as a Performing Plus school.  There are also Charter Schools located nearby.  Rosefield Charter School is located just across the street at near the intersection of Cactus Rd & Bullard Ave, and Paradise Education Center is located about 5 minutes away.

Just moments away is the Surprise Stadium which holds spring training games for the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals.  A slightly farther drive will bring you to the University of Phoenix Stadium, which is home to the Phoenix Cardinals.
