How’s the Market? Here is the August 2017 West Valley Market Report. Record heat didn’t scare the Buyers out of the Market. Glendale proving to be the hottest market reporting 413 closed sales versus 377 in 2016. Other cities with an increase in closed sales last month, Peoria, Surprise and Phoenix.
