Verrado, Buckeye AZ
Verrado is a master-planned community located at the foot of
the White Tank Mountains in Buckeye, Arizona. The Verrado community began development in 2002 and homes
are still being built. Verrado
offers rental lofts, single family homes and custom homes. The homes range in size from 1,300 sq.
feet to 5,000 sq. feet. Verrado
gives a small town feeling by featuring tree lined streets and
its own Main Street. Main Street
offers a Bashas Grocery Store, Bank of America, CVS, Park 51, a local coffee
shop, Grazie Pizzaria Winebar, Verrado Village Sport & Health Club, Main
Street Farmers Market and Main Street Lofts which sit on top of the shops. Verrado also offers it’s very own
restaurant, the Verrado Grille.
Most of the homes within Verrado are within 2 blocks of a park, and
there are 6 miles of walkways throughout the community which connect all the
neighborhoods together. The
Verrado Village Sports & Health Club is available only for residents of the
community and offers activity rooms, a swimming pool complex with a heated lap
pool, spray garden, play pool, spa room, and an outdoor basketball court. Verrado also features the Raven Golf
Club which is an 18-hole championship golf course.
Verrado is located within the Litchfield Elementary School District. Verrado Elementary School and Verrado Middle School are both currently ranked as Excelling schools. Verrado High School is part of the Agua Fria Union High School District and is currently ranked as a Highly Performing School.
