Rancho Gabriela is one of the newest communities in
Surprise, Arizona and is surrounded by mountain views. The neighborhood has 2,225 homes with 7
parks and over 65 acres of landscaped common areas and greenbelts. Throughout the neighborhood there are
landscaped walking paths which are lined with lighting. The community is managed by a homeowners
association so the parks and common areas are maintained and landscaped on a
regular basis.
Rancho Gabriela sits within the Dysart School District. Rancho Gabriela Elementary School is conveniently located in the center of the community. The school is focused on academics and has been ranked as an Excelling school for the last few years. Dysart High School is located just moments away and is currently ranked as a Performing Plus school. There are also Charter Schools located nearby. Rosefield Charter School is located within Rancho Gabriela and Paradise Education Center is located about 5 minutes away.
