She spends many hours a month either attending training classes or conducting classes for other agents. Jenn travels the country attending top Mastermind sessions to learn more about Real Estate to continue to provide the most up to date and current skills necessary for today’s market trends. This level of dedication has brought the Jennifer Sanchez Team to one of the top teams in the west valley. Jenn's office is in the City of Surprise and service the entire west valley including Surprise, Phoenix, Avondale, Goodyear, Laveen, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Glendale and other west valley cities.

Eric is the co-founder of the Jennifer Sanchez Team and a licensed agent and has a background in marketing. He makes sure we get plenty of exposure and our listings are in front of as many buyers and agents as possible. Eric is also the listing agent for our REO inventory. He is currently working with Wachovia, Wells Fargo and American Home Mortgage Servicing.
